Our team here at STEVESTON VILLAGE POST OFFICE is actively working with Canada Post to put contingency measures in place to best serve and support the residents of Steveston.

Dear Canada Post Customers:
Due to a recent fire at the Moncton Post Office, we unfortunately need to make temporary changes to your postal service.
Lettermailâ„¢ and parcels at the Moncton Post Office
We regret to inform you that all Lettermail and parcel items were destroyed in the fire.
For Lettermail and regular parcel items that are not traceable, please contact the sender.
If you have received a Delivery Notice Card for an item that was at the Moncton Post Office, please contact the Canada Post Customer Service team online at canadapost.ca/support or by telephone at 1-800-267-1177 (TTY: 1-800-267-2797). Please reference file number: BC240128-02O.
Collecting your carded items moving forward:
For items with tracking numbers, you will receive a Delivery Notice Card. Information regarding pickup times and location will be provided on the Delivery Notice Card.
Postal Box customers:
Moncton Postal Box (P.O. Box) customers can retrieve their mail at:
Steveston Village Post Office, 3811 Moncton St
Monday to Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Sunday from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Bring your photo ID
Please bring your government-issued photo ID that includes your mailing address when you collect your mail and parcels. For more information about what is acceptable photo ID, visit our website at canadapost.ca/id.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. We certainly did not want to interrupt your normal service, but this was an exceptional circumstance. Please be assured that we will nevertheless make every effort to continue to meet your postal needs.
